Women Agree With Michelle Obama’s Fashion, Parenting Choices|NewsChannel 8

Her sense of style has top stylists comparing Michelle Obama to Jacqueline Kennedy. Now, with the Obamas upcoming move to D.C., everyone seems to be clamoring to be part of “Obamalot.”

“I would love this for Michelle Obama.,” said stylist George Worrell. “Well, the color red looks fabulous on her.”

At the Saks Jandel store in Chevy Chase, Worrell showed how he would dress Michelle Obama. For business, he would dress her comfortable and confident and for cocktail, simple but elegant. For evening wear, Worrell is hoping the new first lady picks him to be her stylist. It would be a tremendous honor,” said Worrell. “But I think at the end of the day, I’m just the second set of eyes.”

I know I’ve been guilty of tossing an errant sweater over a perfectly good outfit. But, then again, my hubby has never been named the leader-elect of the free world. What do you think? Last week on day four of the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Michelle wore a printed Thakoon Resort 2009 dress with three Erickson Beamon brooches.
